Experience in leadership development, strategic personnel development and organizational development at Lufthansa Technik AG (including cooperation with Heitger consulting, Beratergruppe Neuwaldegg and osb-international), establishing HR development at Schubert Holding AG & Co. KG. as well as founding, managing and selling the eCommerce start-up ohlala-boutique.de.
Studied psychology in Trier and Hamburg, part-time doctorate at the University of Hamburg under Prof. Dr. Matthias Burisch and Prof. Dr. Johannes Herwig-Lempp on the development and evaluation of a systemic team consulting approach to strengthen individual self-management skills.
